"Relationship"
The wood base is the shape of a Turtle,
the left hand side of the sculpture represents the Indigenous peoples
welcoming the new-comers,
the right hand of the sculpture represents the new-comers.
Some say - long ago - there was a cordial relationship between the peoples.

” Going Home”
Inspired by James Earl Fraser's sculpture "The End of the Trail". Fraser recognized "the end" meant more than end of war,
but also end of culture. I added a sunrise to represent a future time when culture will "sun-rise" again.
( steel & water colour, 22in. diameter)
